Keeping a diary is at the core of what we have built with PEERtrainer- http://www.peertrainer.com

There is a lot more to the site, but the basic deal is write down your food each day and be accountable to small groups of people. The combination of support, motivation and accountability has had people coming back year after year for almost 5 years now.

We also have a free email coaching program, which is another layer of support on top of the diary and group format. We keep adding tools to support the basic thesis of support, motivation and accountability.
